KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean and sanitize changing rooms, lockers, showers, toilets, washbasins, mirrors, and floors.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect all assigned areas according to hotel standards.
• Replenish toiletries, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and other amenities as required.
• Empty waste bins and dispose of waste following hotel procedures.
• Ensure lockers, benches, and smoking areas are clean and organized.
• Report any maintenance issues (e.g., leaking taps, blocked drains, broken lockers, faulty lights) to Human Resources.
• Follow cleaning schedules and complete all assigned tasks within the required timeframe.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
• Adhere to hotel health, safety, hygiene, and environmental policies.
• Respond promptly to any housekeeping requests related to changing room cleanliness.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while working in staff and guest areas.
