Job Description

dedicated to excellence and welfare of animal, as we seek a diligent Site
Supervisor to be based at le Vallon.
In this full-time
position, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring
quality standards, and leading a diverse team towards shared objectives.
Your responsibilities
will include:
- Supervising production processes to
maintain high-quality standards.
- Collaborating with team members to
optimize workflow and increase efficiency.
- Conducting regular inspections onsite to
ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Facilitating training and development
opportunities for staff.
- Resolving operational issues and
implementing improvements.
- Management of stock items, chemical,
uniform, PPEs, gardening tools, water bottle including any other items
which is kept on site stores
- managing workflows, training new hires, monitoring process and providing feedback on performance.
- To maintain a safe and productive work environment, resolving conflicts, and communicating between employees and upper management.
- To Evaluate employee’s performance, providing constructive feedback, and developing improvement plans together with Site Manager.
- Complying with AAALAC & ISO regulations – Collaborate with auditors to rectify Nonconformities and provide support/resource as and when needed.

The ideal candidate
will have:
- ability to lead and inspire your team up to the animal welfare standard of our enterprise
- To act as role model and demonstrate exemplary behaviour
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Experience in a manufacturing setting is an advantage but not required.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and a drive to achieve excellence.
