Job Description
- We are looking for a talented Sales Administrator to support our sales team. The role involves managing orders, maintaining customer records, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, logistics, and finance. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive in driving efficiency across the sales process.
Core Scopes of a Sales Administrator
Order Management
Process online, email, and phone sales orders.
Verify product codes, pricing, quantities, and shipping details.
Ensure invoice accuracy and timely delivery coordination.
Customer & CRM Data
Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot).
Track leads, sales activities, and communication logs.
Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
Sales Support
Generate quotations, proposals, and invoices.
Schedule client meetings, manage calendars, and prepare presentations.
Distribute qualified leads to appropriate sales reps.
Reporting & Analysis
Compile weekly/monthly sales reports and dashboards.
Monitor KPIs and highlight trends for management.
Assist in forecasting and performance tracking.
Cross‑Department Coordination
Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams for dispatch.
Communicate stock availability and potential issues.
Ensure contracts and agreements are properly filed and accessible.
Key Requirements:
Minimum: High school diploma.
Preferred: Associate’s degree or relevant administrative/business qualification.
Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
Proficiency in CRM and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail for data accuracy and compliance.
Communication skills in English and French
Problem‑solving and customer service orientation.
Prior administrative or customer service experience.
Familiarity with sales processes, invoicing, and reporting.
Knowledge of inventory management and logistics coordination
