Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Learning & Development Coordinator to support training delivery, quality assurance, documentation, reporting and operational improvement activities across the Shared Services Centre.
Duties:
Coordinate and deliver onboarding, Induction, process, refresher and cross-training sessions.
Assist with training needs analysis and preparation of training plans.
Conduct coaching, feedback and training evaluations.
Conduct quality assurance activities, including audit checks.
Create and maintain SOPs, process maps, training guides and learning materials.
Support new process transitions, mobilisation activities and system-related training.
Assist with reporting, dashboards, trackers and departmental follow-up actions.
Profile & Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Learning & Development, Training, Quality or Operational Support.
Good understanding of training requirements and training delivery.
Ability to conduct quality assurance reviews, identify gaps and provide constructive feedback.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Good communication, active listening, time management and basic leadership skills.
Ability to support process change and system projects transitions.
Knowledge of Salesforce and LMS experience are an advantage.
