Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage room reservations via phone, email, online channels, and in person.
- Process new bookings, amendments, cancellations, and special requests accurately.
- Maintain accurate reservation records in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Provide guests with information on room rates, hotel facilities, services, and promotions.
- Maximize revenue through upselling and promoting hotel products and services.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and reservation requests.
- Monitor room availability and maintain accurate room inventory.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, service standards, and confidentiality requirements.
- Prepare reservation reports and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- Deliver excellent customer service while contributing to a positive team environment.
- Be flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by operational needs.
