Our client in the Logistics & Shipping industry is looking for a Customer Service Officer

What You'll Do

As the primary contact for your portfolio of customers, you will:

  • Build strong relationships and provide outstanding customer support across phone, email and digital channels.
  • Manage customer requests from start to finish, ensuring timely resolution within agreed service levels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve shipment issues and provide proactive updates.
  • Handle exceptions such as delays, schedule changes and documentation issues.
  • Promote digital solutions and help customers make the most of our online services.
  • Identify opportunities to offer additional value-added services.
  • Monitor service performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate customer information and ensure compliance with company processes.

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Holds a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Has at least 3 years' experience in shipping, logistics or freight forwarding.
  • Is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Is organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Enjoys solving problems and working collaboratively across different teams.
  • Is comfortable using digital systems and technology.
  • Speaks and writes English fluently (French would be an advantage).
