Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and performance test strategies.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, user acceptance (UAT), and automated testing for web, desktop, and mobile applications.
• Utilize QA tools and frameworks to improve test coverage and testing efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain software documentation, including:
  • Software Requirement Specifications (SRS)
  • Change Control documentation
  • Software Validation Reports
  • Software Quality Assurance documentation
  • Critical Assessments
  • Activity Flow Diagrams
  • UML Diagrams
• Ensure documentation complies with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Use basic SQL and report builder tools to generate reports.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and support daily tasks.
• Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with IT best practices and quality standards.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Collaborate effectively with developers, department heads, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with QA methodologies, testing tools, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies, including AI-powered tools.
