Position: Admin Assistant

Job Purpose

The Admin Assistant will provide administrative support in contract management, invoicing, and accounts-related activities while working closely with the debtors team to ensure effective customer account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain customer contracts and related documentation.
  • Prepare, process, and follow up on invoices.
  • Liaise with the debtors team regarding outstanding payments and customer accounts.
  • Provide administrative support for accounts-related activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, invoices, and customer information.
  • Assist with reconciliations and basic accounting tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer-related matters.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • HSC
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Experience in invoicing, contract administration, or accounts support will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
