Position: Admin Assistant
Job Purpose
The Admin Assistant will provide administrative support in contract management, invoicing, and accounts-related activities while working closely with the debtors team to ensure effective customer account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain customer contracts and related documentation.
- Prepare, process, and follow up on invoices.
- Liaise with the debtors team regarding outstanding payments and customer accounts.
- Provide administrative support for accounts-related activities.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, invoices, and customer information.
- Assist with reconciliations and basic accounting tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer-related matters.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
Qualifications & Skills
- HSC
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Experience in invoicing, contract administration, or accounts support will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
