Position: Admin Assistant

Job Purpose

The Admin Assistant will provide administrative and customer support by preparing quotations, following up with clients, and assisting with invoicing and related office activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations and submit them to clients in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with clients regarding quotations and provide necessary assistance.
  • Handle customer queries and provide quality customer service.
  • Prepare and process invoices accurately.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • HSC 
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
