Alteo Agri Ltd is recruiting a motivated and dynamic Land Improvement Supervisor within its agricultural cluster situated at Union Flacq. 

Main Duties & Responsibilities: 

• To implement and follow the work sequence planned for each land improvement activity according to Alteo Agri Ltd standards
• To immediately report on non-compliance from service providers and/or contractors.
•  To assess execution of operations in a timely manner and to correct, to adjust if need be.
• To keep relevant daily records to be input in Excel format.
• To coordinate the movement of machines between sites with effective and efficient timing.
• To take pro-active actions and validate same with the Sugarcane Land Derocking and Levelling Officer when needed.
• To liaise with Sugarcane Land Derocking and Levelling Officer for fields available for pre-plantation and for any other matter related to land improvement.
• To assist the Sugarcane Land Derocking and Levelling Officer on any projects as and when required.
• Lead and manage a team of field workers. 
• To ensure that Safety & Health is maintained.
• Any other cognate duties as deemed necessary.
