JOB DUTIES:

• To conduct assessments on local/imported fruits and vegetables.
• To prepare product quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information in a precise, concise and timely manner.
• To proactively identify product quality issues.
• To conduct product quality audits as and when required.
• To conduct product aging exercises and produce reports in a timely manner.
• To perform daily assessments on sensitive items and communicate any product quality issue to concerned departments. 
• To produce claim reports including photography in a precise and timely manner.
• To comply with all food and workplace safety rules and regulations.
• Perform any other cognate duties.
