As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Deliver an outstanding guest experience by maintaining the highest service standards.
  • Lead, coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Manage financial performance, including revenue, labour costs, food cost, and profitability.
  • Ensure effective stock control, purchasing, and compliance with company procedures.
  • Work closely with the culinary team to maintain exceptional food quality and consistency.
  • Develop business opportunities, organize events, and contribute to the continued growth of the restaurant.
  • Foster a positive, professional, and inspiring work environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a senior management role within a high-end restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong financial and operational management skills.
  • Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
  • A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
