In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in crafting handmade pasta and delicious dishes that showcase the flavors of our rich culinary heritage. Your creativity and attention to detail will be valued as we strive to deliver exceptional quality and service to our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of pasta dishes, ensuring recipes are followed accurately.
• Assist in ingredient preparation, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Engage with customers, providing recommendations and sharing the passion for our offerings.
• Collaborate with team members to create a harmonious and efficient kitchen environment.
• Help with inventory management and ensure freshness of all ingredients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of Secondary School (SC) education.
• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus.
