We are looking for a proactive and analytical Finance & Cost Analyst to support Management in monitoring business performance and driving operational excellence.

This role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys working beyond the numbers, partnering with operational teams, understanding business processes and contributing to strategic decision-making through meaningful financial analysis.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse monthly financial and operational performance reports, highlighting key variances and recommending corrective actions.

• Coordinate the annual budgeting process, forecasts and cost centre reporting.

• Monitor inventory valuation, stock movements and inventory provisions while ensuring the accuracy of inventory-related financial data.

• Calculate, maintain and analyse product costing and moperational costs to ensure reliable cost information.

• Develop and maintain management dashboards, KPIs and business reports to support informed decision-making.

• Conduct profitability, margin and cost analyses to support pricing strategies and improve financial performance.

• Work closely with the operations to understand their  improvement opportunities.

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial and operational data within the ERP system.

• Identify opportunities to optimise costs, improve processes and enhance overall business performance.

• Prepare financial analyses and management reports while collaborating with Group Finance and supporting Management on strategic initiatives.
