Job Description
Job Summary
Processing of new business, renewals, and endorsements in accordance with instructions received from the broking staff to ensure monthly targets are achieved within the established deadlines. Conducting quality checks on documents received from insurers and processing invoices accordingly.
- Issue placing slips to send to insurers.
- Build trust with department and insurers through open communication.
- Update and process new and existing insurance policies accurately and on time.
- Prepare and manage documents, invoices, and communication with insurers.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, poilcy verification, and delivery of documents to clients.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least a Higher School Certificate
- Experience in a similar position would be an advantage
Skills
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organisation and time management
