Job Description

Job Title: Technical Consultant – Microsoft 365

We are looking for a Technical Consultant – Microsoft 365 with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in implementing, administering, and supporting Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Microsoft 365 environments, delivering Modern Workplace solutions, developing applications using the Power Platform, and providing technical support to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Microsoft 365 Administration & Support

  • Implement, configure, and support Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace solutions for clients.
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including user management and basic licensing administration.
  • Administer, configure, and support Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Monitor and maintain the performance, availability, and security of Microsoft 365 services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft 365 applications and services.
  • Ensure optimal operation and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 environments.

Collaboration & Modern Workplace Solutions

  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot SharePoint Online environments.
  • Administer and support Microsoft Teams to enable effective collaboration and communication.
  • Manage OneDrive for Business, including configuration, synchronization, and user support.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design, implement, and deliver Modern Workplace solutions aligned with business requirements.

Power Platform Development

  • Develop, customize, and maintain business solutions using Power Apps.
  • Design and implement workflows and process automation using Power Automate.
  • Create dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business insights and decision-making.
  • Maintain and enhance existing Power Platform solutions to meet evolving business needs.

Technical Support & Client Engagement

  • Provide technical support to users and clients for Microsoft 365 and related technologies.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application, platform, and user issues in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with clients to understand requirements and provide technical guidance and best practices.
  • Support project implementation activities and contribute to successful solution delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace technologies.
  • Strong practical experience in:
    • Microsoft 365 Administration
    • SharePoint Online
    • Microsoft Teams
    • OneDrive for Business
    • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI)
  • Experience troubleshooting Microsoft 365 environments and supporting end users.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Purview and Microsoft 365 Compliance solutions.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Security features, including Conditional Access policies.
  • Exposure to Microsoft security and compliance best practices is considered an advantage.
