We're Hiring | Operations Lead - La City Mall

Are you an experienced operations professional with a passion for facilities management and delivering exceptional customer experiences?

 La City Mall is looking for a proactive and hands-on Operations Lead to oversee the daily operations of the mall, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for our tenants and visitors.

 Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the mall

✔️ Manage maintenance, cleaning, security, and service providers

✔️ Lead the on-site maintenance team and coordinate contractors

✔️ Build strong relationships with tenants and oversee operational matters

✔️ Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and emergency procedures

✔️ Monitor operational budgets, utilities, and identify cost-saving opportunities

✔️ Prepare operational reports and drive continuous improvements across the property

We're looking for someone who has:

* A Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, or a related field

* 3–7 years of experience in operations, facilities management, hospitality, or commercial property management

* Technical knowledge of building systems (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Mechanical installations, etc.)

* Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

* The ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure

* Experience in a retail or commercial property environment (an advantage)

This is a site-based role, requiring daily presence at the mall, with flexibility to respond to operational matters outside standard working hours when needed.
