Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing long-term customer relationships, and promoting our comprehensive freight forwarding and logistics solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through cold calling, telesales, networking, referrals, and client visits.
  • Promote the company's freight forwarding and logistics services, including:
    • Sea Freight
    • Air Freight
    • Customs Clearance
    • Warehousing
    • Transportation Services
  • Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms with prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Work closely with the Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
  • Follow up with customers regarding bookings, shipment status, and service requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports, customer visit reports, and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Proven experience in sales, including cold calling, telesales, outdoor sales, or business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude.
  • Strong ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A valid driving licence will be considered an advantage.
