Job Purpose

To safely operate the company's boat ( Valle Waves) while ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of guests in compliance with maritime regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate and navigate the vessel.
• Conduct daily pre-operation safety and equipment checks.
• Ensure the safety of passengers and crew at all times.
• Deliver safety briefings and assist guests during boarding and disembarkation.
• Monitor weather and sea conditions before departure.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vessel.
• Report defects, incidents, and maintenance requirements.
• Complete operational logs and comply with all maritime and company regulations.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.

Qualifications & Experience

• Valid Skipper's Licence.
• First Aid certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years' experience operating a commercial or tourism vessel.
