Job Description
Join our SALT of Palmar team in Flacq as a Food & Beverage Coordinator, where you'll have the opportunity to create outstanding dining and event experiences for our guests. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for coordinating food and beverage operations, ensuring every service and event is delivered smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating food and beverage services for various events, ensuring the highest quality and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Collaborating with chefs and suppliers to curate exciting menu options that resonate with our guests.
- Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining budgetary guidelines to promote efficiency.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of catering events, ensuring all details align with guest expectations.
- Providing excellent customer service and fostering positive relationships with guests, staff, and vendors.
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of HSC/Bac education.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- A passion for food and beverages, coupled with a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
