Full-time

Update of the F&B Costing and that of other departments.‎
Record menu in terms of costing.‎
Arrange for stock take at all the outlets and departments.‎
Prepare stock variance analysis for F&B and communicating with ‎relevant parties.‎
Arrange surprise spot checks at all F&B outlets.
Spot check on the receiving department to ensure that the scales are correct, and ‎goods are checked for quality.
Prepare cheque on a daily basis
Check and ensure that no material is issued out from the store without requisition or ‎approval from the respective department head.‎
Update/Check and verify happy hour discounts.
Update/Check the menu pricing on the POS systems and ensure the correct prices are loaded.
Calculate income and expenditure on all Club’s and private events.
Assist the Purchasing Officer, Accounts Payables Officer or the Storekeepers when required.
Carry out any cognate duty as may be assigned by hierarchy.
Any other cognitive duties assigned by the designated manager .
