As a Receptionist / Admin Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your exceptional communication skills will ensure a warm welcome while maintaining a streamlined reception area. You will manage incoming calls, handle inquiries, and provide crucial administrative support to our team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering and directing phone calls with courtesy and precision.
- Greeting clients and visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to.
- Managing schedules and organizing appointments for team members.
- Assisting with document preparation and filing to maintain an efficient office.
- Coordinating office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-stocked workspace.
- Supporting various administrative tasks as needed to enhance team productivity.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a diploma (Bac +2) in Office Administration or a related field. You should have a genuine passion for customer service, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential, along with excellent organizational skills.
