Job Description
We are hiring for a highly organised and proactive secretary/administrative assistant with at least 2 years experience to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, manage daily administrative operations, and provide support to the team. If you are a multitasking wizard who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, answer incoming phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member.
- Draft professional memos, letters, and reports, prepare agendas, set up meeting rooms.
- Coordinate meetings, book travel arrangements, update and maintain filing systems and digital records.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies, order materials, and liaise with vendors and building management.
- Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role (minimum of 2 years).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic office equipment (printers, scanners).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a highly professional demeanour.
- Outstanding time-management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- O-Level certificate is a must and A-Level certificate is a plus.
