Job Description
The main purpose of the role is to help maximizes sales performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction by providing critical administrative, logistical, and communicative support to the sales team. The incumbent will report to the Sales Manager and the main duties will be:
Key Role / Responsibilities:
•To prepare, track, file, and scan all retailer-related documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
•To process and file new retailer applications for outlet registrations and terminal installations.
•To submit required documentation to the GRA and other regulatory bodies in accordance with deadlines.
•To maintain an organised and up-to-date filing system (physical and digital) for all retail records.
•To maintain and regularly update the retail database with complete and accurate information on all active retail partners.
•To compile sales data from multiple sources into clear, presentable reports and formats for management review.
•To prepare and distribute weekly retail operation reports as directed.
•To support the monitoring and maintenance of an updated database of merchandising materials.
•To act as the first point of contact for non-commercial and administrative queries from retailers and internal stakeholders.
•To schedule and organise internal and external meetings, prepare agendas and record minutes.
•To raise Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and coordinate with the Procurement team for the replenishment of materials and consumables.
•To prepare reports and compile information on behalf of Retail Sales Executives (RSEs) as required.
•To provide general administrative support to the broader Sales & Retail team across both sales and retail operations functions.
•To assist in the coordination of retailer training sessions, onboarding activities, and field activations.
•To support marketing and promotional campaign logistics at the retail level.
•To assist with any ad-hoc administrative projects or tasks as directed by the Senior Retail Sales Executive.
Profile:
•Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
•Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
•Good written and verbal communication skills in English and French
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise under pressure
•Mauritian national aged 21–30 (YEP eligibility requirement)
