Job Description
- Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns to support brand awareness, customer engagement, and business objectives.
- Create and manage engaging content across social media and digital channels.
- Produce and edit short-form video content for digital and social media platforms.
- Monitor online conversations, customer feedback, and emerging trends to identify opportunities and insights.
- Support paid digital advertising campaigns, including audience targeting and performance optimisation.
- Track and report on key digital marketing metrics, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver innovative digital initiatives and exceptional customer experiences.
- Any other duties as assigned
