Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Support Front Office operations, including guest check-in and check-out.
- Respond to guest enquiries through digital communication platforms.
- Assist guests with reservations, hotel services, and local information.
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate guest information and records.
- Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Front Office Management.
Profile
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and French (additional languages will be an advantage).
- Comfortable using computers and digital applications.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Customer-focused, organised, and proactive.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
