Premix Ltd is looking for a proactive and results-driven Production Lead to oversee the daily operations of our concrete batching plants. The successful candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production while leading plant teams to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily batching and concrete production activities.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Monitor plant performance, productivity, equipment uptime, and material usage.
• Coordinate production schedules with Planning, Logistics, Quality, Maintenance, and Raw Material Supply teams.

• Supervise Plant Supervisors, Plant Attendants, Mixer Truck Drivers, and Loader Drivers.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and production specifications.
• Monitor batching accuracy, concrete consistency, and production parameters.

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate production records and daily operational reports.

• Monitor operational KPIs and investigate production issues.

• Ensure full compliance with all Health & Safety policies and procedures.

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Holder of an HSC.
• Degree in Manufacturing / Mechanical / Production/ Chemical / Industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering.
• At least 4 to 5 years’ experience in a similar post with a sound knowledge in production management.
• Knowledge of mechanics and automation
• Demonstrate the ability to compile and analyze production data for decision making.
• People management skills
• Valid Driving License.
• Availability to work odd hours
