Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sales Admin Associate to join our Sales & Business Development Team! Your missions will be to support our sales team stay organised, efficient, and focused on achieving business goals and maintain service excellence.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales & Business Development team, including preparing quotations, proposals, and sales contracts
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales reports, and documentation
  • Assist in the tracking of sales performance, preparing dashboards, and generating reports
  • Handle customer inquiries, ensuring timely responses and a high level of service
  • Coordinate meetings, client visits, and internal sales activities
  • Support the onboarding of new customers and maintain CRM database accuracy
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and administrative workflows
Requirements:

  • HSC or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in sales administration
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellente communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid private car driving license (Manual Transmission)
