Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Warehouse & Customs Clerk to join our Team! Your missions will be to oversee the warehousing operations and provide accurate reporting of the product/shipment movements. You will also contribute to the day-to-day clearance operations, provide quality assistance to customers and to work in close collaboration with the Head of Clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods
  • Prepare, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and within required timelines
  • Maintain accurate records of stock movements
  • Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments regarding deliveries and shipments
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, housekeeping standards, and security procedures within the warehouse
  • Notify customers for unmanifested shipments through SMS and emails
  • Advise customers regarding customs requirements and clearance procedures
  • Carry out customs clearance formalities in an efficient and timely manner
  • Resolve customs-related discrepancies, delays and documentations issues
Requirements:

  • HSC or equivalent qualification in the Customs/ Logistics/ Supply Chain Operations
  • Experience in the Logistics or Customs sector would be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Valid private car driving license (Manual Transmission)
  • Dynamic, proactive, and customer service-oriented
