Job Description

We are currently seeking an Internal Controller
to contribute to the efficient
operations of Life Medical Clinic
Bon Pasteur.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily stock
counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Reconcile physical
inventory with system records and investigate discrepancies.
- Perform monthly analyses
of expired, damaged, and defective stock items.
- Verify pricing
consistency between supplier invoices and the billing system.
- Monitor stock
adjustments, including write-offs, damages, and returns, and report
unusual trends or variances.
- Review and reconcile
purchase orders, delivery notes, and supplier invoices to ensure
compliance and accuracy.
- Maintain supplier price
lists and monitor price fluctuations.
- Support the Senior
Internal Controller in inventory management and stock control activities.
- Administer and monitor
credit note & refund processes and controls.
- Review and manage user
access rights across departments to ensure appropriate segregation of
duties.
- Assist in the design,
implementation, and monitoring of internal control procedures.
- Participate in risk
assessment exercises and contribute to the identification and mitigation
of operational risks.
- Perform cash controls,
reconciliations, and related audit procedures.
- Prepare reports and
provide recommendations to strengthen internal controls and operational
efficiency.
- Carry out any other duties related to the role as assigned by Management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in Management or
Finance.
- At least 1 year
experience in the finance field.
- Experience in stock
handling will be an advantage.
- Dynamic, hardworking,
proactive and pleasant personality.
- Able to work both
independently as well as a member of a team.
