Job Description

We are currently seeking an Accounts Clerk to contribute to the efficient operations of La Clinique Mauricienne.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing payments received from patients and insurance companies.
  • Allocation of receipts.
  • Initiate patients’ refunds.
  • Prepare and send monthly statement of accounts.
  • Prepare and send reminder letters.
  • Recovery of amount due.
  • Processing of suppliers’ invoices.
  • Prepare and post suppliers’ payments.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation with suppliers’ statement of account.
  • Filing of documents.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum HSC level.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role would be an advantage.
  • Fully conversant in MS Office applications.
  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
  • Strong communications skills and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, Dynamic, Focused and Result oriented.
  • Able to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Can work in team.
