Job Description

One of our Client; COREVEST SHARED SERVICES a Management Company situated at Cascavelle Business Park, is looking for an Accounts Officer.

The ideal candidate will have to be outgoing, organized, responsible and very good at attention to details.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping: Record daily transactions, payments, and expenses, maintaining accurate general ledgers.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process and verify purchase invoices, issue customer bills, and follow up on past-due accounts.
  • Reconciliation: Match bank statements, credit card transactions, and vendor records to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist senior accountants in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Compliance: Help ensure transactions adhere to local tax regulations and internal company policies.

Position Requirements:

  • HSC & ACCA Level 1
  • Experience: 1- 3 years of experience
  • Adept computer skills and proficiency using programs like QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact regularly with clients regarding sensitive topics like billing and payments
  • Attention to detail for ensuring the accuracy of a company’s records and invoices
  • Valid Driving license will be advantageous.
