We are currently recruiting Technicians to join our Operations & Maintenance team and support our growing portfolio of solar plants.

Minimum Requirements

• Electrical qualification/certificate (minimum requirement).
• A diploma in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field will be an advantage and is preferred.
• Computer literate with proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
• Valid manual driving licence.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate solar plant equipment and systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on photovoltaic (PV) plant equipment.
• Conduct inspections and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Record operational data and prepare maintenance reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist in fault diagnosis and plant performance monitoring.
