Main Responsibilities

Carry out installation, servicing, troubleshooting and maintenance of:

• Swimming pool pump
• Sand filter and cartridge filter
• Salt chlorinators
• Solar water heater
• Heat pump
• Water pump and related equipment
• Attend customer service calls as per the daily planning.
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs on-site.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and efficient service.
• Complete service reports and provide feedback to the Service Coordinator.
• Maintain company tools, equipment and vehicle in good condition.

Requirements

• Having an SC or National Trade Certificate (NTC)
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, mechanical or pool equipment maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose and solve technical issues.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driving licence (mandatory).
• Honest, punctual and responsible.

• Monday to Friday
• 07:00 to 16:30
