| Prepare and despatch stock to the relevant
Department(s)/section(s) of the Hotel, upon request |
| Minimize wastage |
| Ensure a strict control of access to the Store
section |
| Open and close the Store as per set times |
| Ensure that all incoming materials are sorted out
and arranged accordingly for verification |
| Catalogue or label all items in-store with
storage details, and accurate identification labels |
| Regularly check for any expired, or near expiry
items and inform Superiors accordingly |
| Advise Superior on stock levels, and re-ordering
needs |
| Carry out stock checks on a daily basis |
| Assist Superior to: |
| Inspecting all incoming materials and with the
verification of quantity with purchase order |
| Despatching goods/items once the appropriate
approval signature is obtained |
| Maintaining stock records of each item, using
manual and/or computerized systems |
| Carrying out inventories of goods/items stored in
the storeroom(s) |
| Checking working areas and operating
equipment(s), for maintenance purposes |
| Comply with all the sustainability commitments
and practices implemented within business units |
| Notify the Sustainable Development Department of
any matters that may pose any impact to the environment and society |
