We are seeking a passionate, professional, and service-oriented Butler to join our team and deliver exceptional guest experiences in one of Mauritius' most prestigious luxury resorts.

Position Purpose

As a Butler, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, delivering highly personalized, discreet, and anticipatory service throughout their stay. You will coordinate guest requests with all resort departments, ensuring every experience is seamless, memorable, and exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and escort them to their villa.
  • Provide villa orientation and introduce resort facilities and services.
  • Ensure a warm, personalized, and memorable stay from arrival to departure.

Personalized Service

  • Anticipate guest needs and preferences.
  • Arrange dining reservations, spa treatments, transportation, and special experiences.
  • Maintain detailed guest profiles and preferences.

Villa Preparation

  • Conduct villa inspections prior to guest arrival.
  • Verify cleanliness, amenities, minibar stock, and special arrangements.
  • Ensure villas meet luxury hospitality standards at all times.

Guest Communication

  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests.
  • Follow up on requests to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and special requirements.

Service Coordination

  • Liaise with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Spa, Engineering, Front Office, and other departments.
  • Monitor guest itineraries, bookings, and special arrangements.
  • Ensure smooth execution of all guest services and experiences.

Departure Experience

  • Coordinate transportation and luggage arrangements.
  • Ensure billing readiness with the Front Office team.
  • Deliver a gracious and memorable farewell experience.

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality, resorts, or high-end guest service environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and impeccable grooming standards.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of luxury service standards and etiquette.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong team spirit and coordination skills.
  • Fluent in English and French; additional languages will be an advantage.
