Join our dynamic team in Port Louis as an Administrative Assistant on a contract basis. We are seeking a motivated and organized individual who is eager to make a significant impact within our administrative operations.

If you are a detail-oriented professional with a minimum of HSC/Bac qualification and have experience in using D365 system, we want to hear from you. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our daily administrative functions, contributing to the smooth running of our office.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing correspondence and phone calls with professionalism.
  • Organizing and maintaining files and documents for easy retrieval.
  • Assisting with scheduling and calendar management.
  • Arranging for hotel bookings and transfers
  • Raise Purchase Order and follow up
  • Supporting team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
