Xtrusion Engineer

Xtruline transforms a large variety of thermoplastic polymers. Xtruline applies diverse extrusion techniques, which capacitate the production of tubes used in the manufacturing of medical devices. We are now seeking for our Engineer for Xtruline who will Team up with the Xtruline Team.

Reporting to Engineer Specialist, your responsibility will be mainly required to:

-          Responsible for the proper running of the mask production line.

-          Ensure the quality of the products within the framework of the standards in force at the Compagny.

-          Ensure the maintenance of Technical production facilities.

-          Provides leadership to comply with internal Quality Management Systems (QMS), internal procedures, customer requirements and notified body requirements.

-          Assists in development of design standards, cost standards and pricing standards to expedite and provide input for continuous improvement of the quote process

-          Responsible to support new product cost-estimating and team feasibility reviews for new business opportunities for mask product line in addition to large scale sustaining projects.

-          Support and develop validation protocols and reports (IQ/OQ/PQ).

-          Provide objective evidence that equipment, processes, test methods and product meet requirements and are complaint with applicable regulations.

-          Project files and Product Technical Files management.

-          Participate in the development of protocols and reports validation (IQ / OQ / PQ).

-          Updates and analyses the indicators and charts with respect to department activities

Qualifications and Experiences:

-          Bachelor in Electromecanics or relevant engineering field.

-          3 to 4 years of proven experience in textile industrial fields.

-          Excellent technical knowledge of the textile process and material combined with good problem solving skills.

-          Excellent communication skills with special emphasis on verbal and written skills

-          Basic knowledge of statistics

-          Be able to develop new process and tools in a time efficient manner in order to meet the given deadlines.

-          Ability to read as well as create technical drawings.

-          A self-driven individual with a hands on approach.
