Job Description
Major Compulsory Responsibilities
1.Marketing Activities :
Lead and execute regional grand integrated wireless marketing activities/events and customer workshops, while working closely with Account Manager and other internal pre-sales teams.
2.B2H and B2V Business :
Lead and manage B2VH&B2V business opportunities to support for new innovative product & solution offerings in regional market, conduct and execute the wireless network innovation marketing plan.
3.Eco-system :Spectrum,Terminal and sites ecosystem
Conduct and develop regional partnership with diversified partners for Huawei’s wireless network product & solution.
4.Competence Enablement:
Take the selling competence enablement role to promote wireless network products and solutions, and to provide use cases to internal pre-sales team and external customers
Other Competencies/Attributes:
(I) Working with Public-relation/Enterprise Departments on any matters that may require intervention
(II)Develops plans to increase marketing & sales yield.
(III)Improve work realted methodology and IT tools.
Qualifications: Education/Knowledge/Technical Skills and Experience
The following may be acquired through a combination of formal or self-education, prior experience or on-the-job training:
Preferred Qualification:
University Degree in telecommunication/Finance/Marketing equivalent.
MBA an advantage.
Formal training in marketing & sales methodologies an advantage.
Technical Skills & Abilities:
Minimum 3 years of experience working within a telecommunications environment of wireless network system (large Telco/operator would be advantageous).
Strong and comprehensive knowledge of Wireless architectures, standards, product and solutions in LTE/LTE-A/5G Solutions, NFV Solutions, IP-RAN/Cloud RAN, Small Cell, MBB Regulation
Experience in emerging wireless vertical business case exploration to drive innovative solution development with the proven market trends understanding of wireless next generation evolution.
Ability of strategic thinking and Self-starter with high professional standards, well organized and planning skills are requested
Wireless network product design, wireless network marketing campaign, knowledge and experience would be most beneficial.
Champions change and assists in the implementation of new ideas.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good team work spirit and coordination capability.
Good team management, Operation Director coordinating skills and capacity to think analytically and to grasp complex situations quickly.
Strong business management and customer orientation experience.
Financial and commercial knowledge is necessary.
Engagement experience with network plan, roll-out.
