Waiters - Seeloy Island Club

Seeloy Island Club is looking for full time Waiters who will serve food and beverages for consumption by guests and ensure that they receive high quality service.

Responsibilities:

• Serves food and beverages for consumption by guests. 
• Ensures the guests receive high quality services and service provision.  
• Serves guests as per the restaurant's standard. 
• Performs mise en place of tables, service stations, as instructed by immediate superiors. 
• Ensures a speedy and efficient service to the guests. 
• Clears tables when all guests had finished. 
• Presents bill to guests and ensure that they are signed or paid and return to the cashier. 
• Ensures that all the rules concerning the billing and ordering are adhered to.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Qualification in the related field with a minimum of 1 year in the hospitality sector would be an advantage.
• Dynamic, motivated with excellent administration skills coupled with a high level of integrity.
• Able to work independently and/or in team in a dynamic work environment.
• Able to effectively handle multiple priorities, organise workload and meet deadlines.
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Willing to work at irregular hours, on Sundays and Public Holidays.
• Living in the Black River region will constitute an advantage.
