A well established catering business is looking for a Waiter / Waitress to join its F&B Team.
Main Duties:
Reporting to the F&B Supervisor, the job incumbent shall primarity be responsible to:
- provide good customer service to promote customer fidelity in retail business
- coorperate with all employees in the Kitchen and F&B departments
- handle cash transactions with customers
- arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
- resolve customer complaints
Qualifications & Experience:
- NTC Level 3 in Food Production
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in food service as waiter / waitress or order-taker
Skills & Competencies:
- At ease with cashieirng system
- Good customer skills
- Attentiveness and patience for customers
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Team spirit
- Ability to work within flexible hours
