Visual Merchandiser and Customer Experience Officer

The selected candidate will be responsible for the visual merchandising and customer experience for NEWGEN outlets amongst others.

Visual Merchandising:

NEWGEN Campaigns:- Liaise with NEWGEN team for themes and plans.

Work with NEWGEN team on marketing plans along with Budgets of the year- Planning of campaigns agenda.

Participate in events, Fashion shows, Road shows and new shops opening.

Liaise with media platform providers for adverts in collaboration with NEWGEN team and Corporate Visual Designer.

Plan and participate in photo-shoot (Location, styles, mannequin, day planning and time frames).

Propose innovative ideas for shop appearance and windows.

Enhance shopper’s retail experience.

Ensure regular posts on social media platform (Facebook and Instagram).

Regular shop visits to ensure proper shop visual.

Create VGS on weekly basis for shops.

Shop decorations- buy necessary accessories.

Assistance in sales and festive periods.

Ensure garments arrangements by bestselling analysis.

Customer experience:

Deliver continuous training to Sales team.

Obtain continuous feedback from customers for improvement of retail experience.

Retrieve feedbacks from surveys and customers.

Respond to comments on Facebook and Instagram with consultation of coordinator.

Conduct mystery shopping.

Gather market intelligence and communicate to NEWGEN team.

EXPERIENCE:

At least one year in the relevant field or position.

QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES:

Fresh University / FDI graduate or diploma in any relevant field.

Basic knowledge of Visual Merchandising.

Knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop.
