Transportation Coordinator

* To oversee transportation logistics and ensure products are delivered on time and according to regulations *To work in a logistics company arranging the transport of goods for multiple clients or in a materials department of a company arranging deliveries.

*  To analyze delivery costs and recommended more cost effective methods of transportation

*To egotiate contracts with outside transportation companies, assign drivers to routes, handle customer complaints, and investigate delivery issues

* To provide proper record of the fuel records, servicing and repairs and maintenance cost

* To assist our Import and Export Coordinator in their daily work

* To be pro-active, discipline and energetic person.

* To update and provide tracking information to customers as well as to internal managers.

* To work in a fast-paced environment, which includes daily scheduling and handling multiple routes, drivers, and deliveries planning
