LUX* Chongzuo, Guangxi (74 Keys) is located in the Mingshi Village, Daxin County in Chongzuo City about 37 kilometres away from the well-known Detian Transnational Waterfall and about 210 kilometres away from the capital city of Guangxi Zhuang, an autonomous region in southern China.
LUX* Chongzuo, Guangxi is projected to open in two phases and the first phase will be in January 2021.
The incumbent will be responsible to:
- Develop and update all the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines of the resort according to the LUX* Resorts & Hotels policies and procedures.
- Actively participate in facilitating training and coaching to develop awareness of quality services to Team Members.
- Coordinate workshops such as HACCP, Environment, Hygiene, Fire Safety, Energy Management, Waste Management, Quality Circles in order to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Set up monitoring systems to evaluate the impact of various initiatives on Guest satisfaction and financial results.
- Conduct frequent spot-checks within all departments as well as determine causes of non-adherence to quality standards and formulate recommendations when necessary.
- Conduct research, benchmark and produce reports for the Management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least Higher School Certificate or equivalent qualifications.
- Tertiary education at Diploma or Degree level majoring in Hospitality Management or Quality Management from a recognised institution or equivalent qualifications.
PREVIOUS PERFORMANCE
- A minimum of 5 years of working experience in Quality Management related field preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong working knowledge of international and Quality Assurance Systems such as ISO, HACCP and Total Quality Assurance.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin languages.
- Willingness to work during odd hours, Weekends and Public Holidays
- A clean certificate of character is a must.
