Plan and carry out specific training to keep employees aligned with brand standard and to train employees as per training calendar and as and when required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan and carry out training
Carry out quarterly audits to assess restaurants performance against brand standards
Report pertinent issues to Management
Update CSL (Franchisor operating procedures) and seek validation with Franchisor.
Assist Quality Manager during HACCP external audit
Ensure that learning zone is being used appropriately by employees
Identify talents and facilitate people to grow within the Company
Profile:
Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent
Experience in training and coaching will be an advantage
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skill
Very good skill in MS Office
