Plan and carry out specific training to keep employees aligned with brand standard and to train employees as per training calendar and as and when required.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and carry out training

  • Carry out quarterly audits to assess restaurants performance against brand standards

  • Report pertinent issues to Management

  • Update CSL (Franchisor operating procedures) and seek validation with Franchisor.

  • Assist Quality Manager during HACCP external audit

  • Ensure that  learning zone is being used appropriately by employees

  • Identify talents and facilitate people to grow within the Company

 

Profile:

Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent

Experience in training and coaching will be an advantage

Excellent Communication and interpersonal skill

Very good skill in MS Office
