Deliver Induction Training to get an awareness of the company’s culture – Using recognized training techniques and tools.
Ensure smooth and effective functioning of training events and specials projects.
Conduct Interviews and in charge of the recruitment process.
Identify training and development needs within the organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes ,guest comments meetings and regular consultation with Heads of Department
Design, Organize Develop and Coordinate training programs to meet specific training needs.
Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction,on-the-job skill Coaching
Establish on the Job Skill Training and monitor by ensuring that the training is taken place in each department.
Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment.
Maintain updated training records through training attendance sheets.
Track and report on training outcomes
Follow up HRDC process
Ensure that all team members abide to the grooming standards of the hotel.
Develop and maintain relationship with training and employment agencies ,Universities and other training and recruitment sources
To provide explanation, advice and counselling services to the personnel
To assist the Cluster HRM and participate in other Training and HR Function.
