Trainee IT Sales Representative

Responsible to efficiently process tenders, requests for quotes and requests for proposals and assist the Sales Officer and the Corporate Sales Manager in the day to day sales activities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To efficiently work on all requests for quotes and tenders. 
• To promote and sell IT software, hardware and peripherals to corporate customers. 
• To attend to customers' requests for hardware, software and IT solutions. 
• To work out appropriate solutions that will fit customers' needs. 
• To negotiate to get best prices from suppliers. 
• To maintain close follow-up with customers for all quotes submitted.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• At least HSC or equivalent. 
• A certificate or diploma in IT would constitute an advantage. 
• A knowledge of Apple products would be a plus.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Excellent communication and public relations skills. 
• Excellent negotiation skills.
