DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- To build SLA sales pipeline.

- To assist engineers on design and implementation of systems and hardware.

- To do interventions on site under the supervision of engineers.

- To visit customers for the sale of services.

QUALIFICATIONS 

- Degree in Computer Systems and/ or IT Engineering.

- Certification in Microsoft, Cisco, HP products and Linux would be an advantage.

- Knowledge about desktop, hardware support, windows and Linux.

- Fluent in English and French.
