Provides support in various human resource functions which include employee grievances, recruitment, payroll, health and safety.
Attends employee grievances and advises on necessary actions or direct problems towards relevant party
Selects applications / short list candidates / call for interviews
Monitors attendance records on a daily basis.
Inputs leaves records
Prepares and analyse lateness and absenteeism reports and send to Managers / Supervisors
Keeps employees personal records up to date
