DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Guide client groups and conduct informative tours at each venue in a
friendly, passionate and enthusiastic manner.
• Demonstrate leadership skills, and manage health and safety in a tour
context.
• Work with our partners at each venue to create the best experience for
our visitors.
• Manage the booking platforms and keep records of guest reservations.
• Liaise with guests and respond to any queries.
• Perform other administrative tasks in the office.
• Time: Monday - Saturday
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• HSC, BAC, or equivalent school leaving qualification.
• Experience working directly with clients.
• Passionate about Mauritius, its culture, and its history.
• Ability to present information in interesting ways.
• Good memory for facts, figures and events.
• Excellent communication skills in English, French and Creole – both
written and spoken.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office package, especially MS Word, MS Excel,
MS PowerPoint
